Are the listed rates inclusive of tax and service charge?

Most of our deals listed on the website are inclusive of tax and service charge. Should tax and service charge is not included in the deal, it will be clearly listed in the deal inclusion section.

Are the listed rates per person or per room?

Please kindly refer to the deal inclusion section, which clearly states the number of person includes in the particular deal.

Do you charge my credit card/debit card immediately upon confirmation?

In order to confirm your purchase of the deals,dive-holidays.com would require full payment of the deals.

I have already made my booking. Can I change the currency used?

Unfortunately once payment has been made, changing of currency is not permitted. Please ensure that the currency chosen is correct before proceeding with your reservation.

How can I pay for my deals?

Dive Holidays uses Paypal to facilitate payment collection. Therefore credit card/debit card (Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover) is accepted by paypal. You can also use your Paypal account to make payment. Currently, all other methods of payment are not acceptable.

How can I see the room rate in a currency of my choice?

Currently, Dive Holidays only accepts currency in US Dollars($) and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), which you can select by clicking on the display rate box. Once selected, the currency will automatically be updated and reflected in the price.

What should I do if I would like to book more than 5 resort's deals?

You can purchase up to 5 resort's deals per booking. Should you wish to purchase more then 5 resort's deals, you would need to split into different bookings. Please note that deals are subject to availability. Alternatively, you can email us at info@dive-holidays.com

Why has the deal rate changed?

The changed in rate could be due to but not limited to market conditions, changes in strategy and availability.

Can my friend use the deals that I purchased?

Please kindly contact Dive Holidays at info@dive-holidays.com should you wish to change the name of the reservation. The hotel reserved the right to refuse check in if you do not contact us to change the guest name.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details?

Dive Holidays uses Paypal a highly secure payment gateway to facilitate our payment collection. Dive Holidays do not have access to your credit card details.

When do I get a confirmation email?

In most cases, you will receive a confirmation email together with a confirmation voucher within 24 hours. Should you not receive it after this time, please check your junk mail and/or spam filters. Please kindly send an email to info@dive-holidays.com should you not be able to locate your confirmation voucher.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Once you received a confirmation voucher from dive-holidays.com. This indicates your booking has been confirmed. In some rare cases, should we not be able to confirm your booking, we will fully refund your payment within 48 hours.

Can I check-in without the hotel voucher?

If you do not present the hotel voucher you may experience problems checking in
