About
Abut Blue Manta Liveaboard
The Blue Manta liveaboard is a brand new boat launching end of 2015. It is possibly the largest purpose-built dive vessel in the region. Measuring 45m (148 ft) by 9m (29ft), this steel hull vessel will only take 18 guests. The 14 beautifully furnished en-suite cabins, each average 20sqm (200sf) in size, an open outdoor alfresco dining area, an indoor air-conditioned room for finer dining, speaks of the perfect onboard ambiance of a luxurious dive holiday.
With maximum comfort and safety in mind, the Blue Manta is well equipped with safety facilities, cruises at 10 knots and the steel hull makes her an ideal vessel for long haul cruises and blue water crossing trips.
Blue Manta will take only 18 guests. There are 14 beautifully furnished en-suite cabins, each average 20sqm (200sf) in size comprising of single cabins and twin/double cabins.

Brief Itinerary (schedules are subjected to changes according to weather and sea condition)
Day 1. (0 dives) 13:00 - 15:00 hours in Benoa Harbour, Bali. 5.00pm, depart from Bali and sail over night to Moyo Island
Day 2. (4 dives) Moya and Satonda Island, overnight to Sangeang Island, off the north coast of Sumbawa.
Day 3. (4 dives) Sangeang and Banta Island.
Day 4. (4 dives) North Komodo; Castle Rock, Crystal Rock, Shot Gun, Gili Lawa. Pinnacles, drift dives full of action with hunting fish; jacks & sharks!
Day 5. (4 dives) North Komodo; Tatawa Besar & Kecil, Batu Bolong, Wainilu. Tons of Anthias,Napoleon wrasse, sharks, much night dive.
Day 6. (4 dives) South Komodo; Nusa Kode; Cannibal Rock, Yellow Wall, Torpedo Alley, Crinoid Crack. Macro; nudibranchs, octopus, frogfish, pigmy seahorses, & more.
Day 7. (4 dives) South Komodo, Padar Island; one of our favourite regions in the park with some stunning and diverse dive sites such as 3 Sisters and Pillarsteen.
Day 8. (2 dives) South Komodo; Manta Alley or Makassar Reef to fly with mantas. This is followed by a walk on the wide side in search of Komodo Dragons, and trekking on one of the local Islands, then back on board to wash gear relax as we sail towards Labuan Bajo, where you spend last night on Blue Manta in Bajo Port.
Day 9. (0 dives) 6am; check out after breakfast, farewells, and transfer to airport in time for Check-in & flight. Take your pre?booked flight from Labuan Bajo to Bali.
